At Sexton Inc. our ultimate goal is to ensure every employee, subcontractor and customer returns home safely after each job. Through continuing training and education we are able to send our teams out knowing they have been given the most thorough information available. We believe that the most important step in avoiding danger is to first identify it. In addition to our clients' permit process, out on-the-job supervisor completes a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and reviews it with all parties at the start of each job and throughout the day should others arrive or if observations are made to change the scope of safe work. On many jobs a Project Site Safety Execution Plan (PSSEP) will be completed by our HSE team and reviewed prior to arriving on a job site. Every Sexton Inc. team member is a crucial part of our safety culture and has "stop the job" authority should they deem any potential act unsafe. Regular checks completed by our HSE team ensure that a safety mindset is kept throughout the day.
